This is an interesting artwork. Her lips look sickly to me and I like the way the top half of her hair sticks up and they way her cheeks are sunken in. I'm never good at discovering the hidden meaning behind things, but what I thought was,"Pretty."

Looks very modelesque and a little crazy but still very pretty despite the blood tears. I can't tell what's causing the blood, the spring looks soft and reminds me of a slinky so I don't think that's the cause.

My interpretation is that the girl is sick and tired of everything and feels like she's on the edge of life and death and is in a zombie-like state.
